Prerequisites: At least two prior approved workshops (Intro to Shibari & Rope Bondage for Sex, both available at SHAG), or an approved ropework portfolio.
Erin Houdini's rope workshops are about teaching an intuitive, flexible, and consistent system of concepts that can easily be applied to a variety of bondage positions, body types, and learning styles. Through understanding practical restraint, students quickly build a solid skill foundation with the confidence to improvise and experiment on their own. Content is never strictly limited to the curriculum, always tailored to the students’ needs, and everything is hands-on, with plenty of rope on hand for students to borrow or purchase (.
Suspension harnesses: chest, waist, and hips
Support lines: pulleys, hitches, and placement
Self suspension: easier than you think
Partner suspension: face-up and low-risk
Rope:
You can buy a Rope Kit ($60) at SHAG before the class - our hand dyed rope comes in pink, purple, red, blue, and black (these are already cut for ease of use).
Fee: $120/single or $150/couple
