RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love your
purchase, but in the event that you are not satisfied and would like to
return something, you may do so for an exchange as long as it meets our Return Requirements.
Items bought in the brick and mortar retail store must be returned in
person at that location, and be accompanied by a receipt or gift
receipt, within 14 days of purchase.
Items purchased online should be returned in accordance with
our online guidelines below, and must be sent pre-paid, postmarked
within 14 days of the original ship date.
IMPORTANT: Returned items must be sent back to the address shown on your packing slip. We ship products from two locations, so please
review your packing slip for the correct return address details. If you
are unsure where to send returned items, please call or email us. The
original packing slip MUST be included with your returned items.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is
damaged or we made a mistake.
We suggest you ship all items through USPS, UPS or another traceable shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost packages and
we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
We will
not accept CODs, which means any returns must be shipped pre-paid.
Please insure the package for the full value of the
merchandise you are sending back to us.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
In-Store and Online RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- All returned merchandise
must be in its original condition and packaging, so please take note of this when opening your purchase.
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale cannot be returned at all.
- Bath and Body Products can only be returned if there is an issue with the manufactured bottle or cap. Used items will not be accepted.
- Lingerie, Panties, and Hosiery cannot be returned, except for a manufacturer's defect.
- Customized, personalized, monogrammed and engraved items cannot be returned, except for a manufacturer's defect.
- Instruments of Pleasure and Adult Toys cannot be returned, except for a manufacture's defect.
- Consumables cannot be returned at all.
